AceUrExam (“the service”), available at aceurexam.com, provides study tools for exam preparation: topical past-paper packs, AI paper scanning and weakness analysis, generated notes, flashcards, and a study planner. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information and keep control of the account you use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Parts of the service may require a paid plan. The paid plan is a one-time 30-day pass — it does not auto-renew, and no recurring charges are made. Payments are processed by Ziina; prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay.
If a payment succeeds but premium access is not unlocked, or you believe you were charged in error, contact us at mhamzashoaibkhan@gmail.com and we will make it right. Because the pass is short and non-recurring, refunds outside of billing errors are at our discretion.
While the service is in free beta, paid features may be unlocked for everyone; beta access is provided as-is and may change or end without notice.
Past papers, mark schemes, and related exam materials are the intellectual property of their respective exam boards — Cambridge Assessment International Education, Pearson Edexcel, AQA, and others. AceUrExam is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any exam board.
The service organises and links to publicly available exam materials for personal study. You may use materials accessed through the service for your own revision only, not for redistribution or commercial use.
Weakness analyses, generated notes, solution guides, and study-assistant answers are produced by AI and can be wrong. They are study aids, not authoritative mark schemes or professional advice. Always verify important answers against official materials — your grades are your responsibility, not the model’s.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of anything you upload or create — papers you scan, notes, decks, and feedback. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content solely to operate the service (for example, sending an uploaded paper to our AI provider for analysis). See the privacy policy for how content is handled and deleted.
We aim to keep the service reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Features may change, sources may become unavailable, and downtime may happen. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service; if a paid feature you purchased is permanently removed during your pass, contact us for a remedy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceUrExam is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including exam outcomes, lost study time, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
