AceUrExam (“the service”), available at aceurexam.com, provides study tools for exam preparation: topical past-paper packs, AI-assembled mock papers, generated notes, flashcards, and a study planner. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information and keep control of the account you use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
A free account is free and stays free, with daily limits on AI-generated study material. Premium removes those limits and is sold as a subscription: $5 USD per month or $40 USD per year. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay, and are charged in USD.
Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and appears as the seller on your statement. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked on the pricing page; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are unhappy with Premium for any reason within 14 days of a payment, contact us at mhamzashoaibkhan@gmail.com and we will refund that payment in full. If a payment succeeds but Premium does not unlock, or you believe you were charged in error, contact us at any time and we will make it right.
Premium unlocks usage limits on a study tool. It does not guarantee any exam result, and AI-generated material can be wrong — see the AI-generated content section below.
Past papers, mark schemes, and related exam materials are the intellectual property of their respective exam boards — Cambridge Assessment International Education, Pearson Edexcel, AQA, and others. AceUrExam is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any exam board.
The service organises and links to publicly available exam materials for personal study. You may use materials accessed through the service for your own revision only, not for redistribution or commercial use.
Generated notes, solution guides, and study-assistant answers are produced by AI and can be wrong. They are study aids, not authoritative mark schemes or professional advice. Always verify important answers against official materials — your grades are your responsibility, not the model’s.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of anything you upload or create — files you upload, notes, decks, and feedback. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content solely to operate the service (for example, sending a question you uploaded to our AI provider to be explained). See the privacy policy for how content is handled and deleted.
We aim to keep the service reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Features may change, sources may become unavailable, and downtime may happen. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service; if a paid feature you purchased is permanently removed during your pass, contact us for a remedy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceUrExam is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including exam outcomes, lost study time, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
